Crow Lake House

Frontenac, Ontario

This home is designed to fit in to the landscape, and to visually have a minimum impact on the sloped mixed native woodland at the shore of Crow Lake. The owners wanted the architecture to have a Scandinavian feel, and loved the use of dark exterior siding. The house design also features clear coat pine accents at the soffits, front entrance and timber deck. A timber framed covered porch off the kitchen at the back of the house is raised in the trees with view out to the lake.
